Contract of employment is an agreement establishing an employment relationship between an employer and an employee, whether express or implied, and if express, whether oral or in writing.
We will construct any type of contract of employment to fit the client's needs, be it short term, long term, temporal, permanent or task based contract and ensure it is compliant with the Zambian Labour Laws.
